Witnessed in Wisconsin
on Sep 5

In Wisconsin, the Sun is still too far NORTH at sunrise early in the month, then moved too far SOUTH. A severe Earth wobble can be seen on Sep 12-13 where at 1:43 PM it was where expected in the SSW but was short 15° by 5:09 PM, lingering in the SW sky as the Earth as the N Pole swings toward the Sun over the Pacific. It is thus too far SOUTH at sunset, well beyond what would be expected, and it is consistently too high in the sky all day long. This pattern shows the wobble change point.
