Rail commuter services into Wellington were disrupted today after a derailment in a tunnel near the entrance to the Ngauranga Gorge. Toll NZ spokeswoman Sue Foley said an empty freight wagon derailed in the tunnel about 12.10am. Commuters on the Paraparaumu line were affected, with Toll transporting passengers by bus from Porirua.
