- Attached Photo was taken on 13 Aug 2004 at 4:36 AM. Venus is bright, but I could not see Orion or other stars, Venus only! Today
observation is mort brilliant than past observation! It is so big! [and from another source] An Aug 13 12 Hour Wobble was followed by
Days of Wobble from Aug 14-17, the Sweeps remarkable quiet. [and from another source] Much of the distress experienced by the Earth
has been due to the disjunct between directives from the Sun and interference from Planet X. There were two monsters giving directives,
pulling in different directions. Principally, this was a pull on the Atlantic Rift toward the side of the Sun, where Planet X rode during this
time, and toward the center of the Sun. As the Global Quake pattern shows, this resulted in global shuddering when the Atlantic Rift
either faced or was in opposition to Planet X. As Planet X became Sun centered, from the vantage point of Earth, and a single directive
is given to the Atlantic Rift, the tearing at the Earth's plates lessened. A sudden silence. Does this mean all is well? So lest you set the
picnic table at the beach, and think all is well in the eye of the storm, beware! [Note: new ZetaTalk: Eye of the Storm ]

- It is me Alexandr again, as you said "strong skeptic from Russia". I wrote to you last year (October).
http://forcefly.narod.ru/sun.htm As we see Sun (below, dated) looks like my old photos. [and from another
source] Shalbourne, nr Hungerford, Wiltshire (at right). [Aug 8] http://www.cropcircleconnector.com/2004/ [and
from another source] Shrouded in a close hugging dust cloud that reflects the light of the Sun, Planet X was seen
during the Summer of 2003 and into the Fall as the Second Sun, as the shrouded corpus was at a distance from
the Sun that allowed an independent light source to be discerned. As the Earth moved into the Dec 25 position,
approaching the point where Planet X was entering the inner solar system from a 32° angle toward the Suns S
Pole, it was viewing Planet X from the side, so the shrouded corpus, scattering light in all directions, was not lost from view except as an
odd second light source reflected on the Moon or Venus, or creating a lingering or too early twilight, the distinct Second Sun no longer
discernable. During the months since the Earths orbit halted, visibility has been limited to the Moon Swirls that dance before the Sun,
capturing the light of the Sun and funneling it through the swirls such that they become a beacon of light. As crop circles increasingly
warn that the Suns dominant influence on the Earths magnetic alignment is being supplanted by Planet X, which has moved into
position between the Earth and Sun, where is the corpus now? [Note: new ZetaTalk: Shrouded Monster.]

- Warning: several banks witnessing a run on deposits. [Aug 14] http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/articleshow/815444.cms Banking
system is sound; no need for panic says Reserve Bnak of India Reacting to reports about weak financial health of some co-operative
banks and concerned customers queuing up at branches. There were also rumours about the financial health of Punjab & Maharashtra
Co-operative Bank Ltd, where depositors queued up at three branches to withdraw their cash. [and from another source]
http://www.cfo.com/article.cfm/3100401/ Seemingly out of nowhere, a whirlwind of debt offerings descended on the bond markets in the
past two days [Aug 16]. At least 10 companies trotted out more than $8 billion in debt securities during that period, including three
companies that completed jumbo offerings. Among the offerings were UnitedHealth Groups issuance of $1.5 billion of debt in three
parts, with individual tranches jointly led by J.P. Morgan, Wachovia Securities, Banc of America Securities LLC, and Citigroup Global
Markets Inc.' [and from another source] Insiders Are Running From The Market! [Aug 17] http://www.howestreet.com/ CNBC wont
talk about it, but The Wall Street Journal publishes statistics provided by Thomson Financial. What the Journal publishes are the top ten
insider buyers and top ten insider sellers each day. For example, in reviewing the numbers for August 2, 2004, I see a total of $93.6
million of insider sales among the top ten sellers and only $1.6 million of insider buyers among the top ten buyers. That amounts to $58
sold for every dollar purchased. On a daily basis the ratios are from a low of around $10 sold for every $1 purchased, to a high of closer
to $100 to $1. [Note: more signs of pending worldwide financial crash, stress in the banking systems.]

- Bush to cut forces in Europe, Asia [Aug 14] http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/2004-08-14 President Bush has decided to
bring home tens of thousands of U.S. troops from posts around the world most of them in Europe and Asia plus 100,000 of their
family members and support personnel, U.S. officials said Saturday. As part of the largest troop realignment in years, Bush will shift
about 70,000 uniformed military personnel, most of them currently in Europe. A significant proportion will come home, though it was
not clear when. [and from another source]http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/ops/ As of early May 2004, there are some 250,000
soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen deployed in support of combat, peacekeeping, and deterrence operations. This
figure does not include those forces normally present in Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom or Japan. If one were to include these
forces the number of deployed troops worldwide would be around 350,000. [and from another source] ZetaTalk: Greater Need, written
Oct 11, 2003 The war games discussed during the NATO exercises included disasters equivalent to those we have predicted for the pole
shift, immense devastation sparing none. In the event that such a scenario ensues, increasing volcanic eruption, quake torn roads and
crumbling cities, mass populations homeless and roving the countryside, how should treaties installing the US Military in bases around
the world be viewed? In the event of such earth changes, troops would be brought home, under stealth and with little fanfare, to the
respective homelands, leaving at most a skeleton crew at the bases. [Note: Zetas RIGHT Again!]

- At a recent social event [Aug 9] I met someone who actually works for a polling company, which one I decline to say for reason which
will become apparent. This person took me into their confidence and after swearing me to anonymity confirmed what I had long
suspected. The actual raw polling data shows zero support for Bush and his wars, and barring Diebold, shows Kerry winning by a major
landslide. But the upper management of the polling organization "corrects" the data to support the agenda of the client. [and from
another source] CNBC at 10:15 am EST [Aug 9] or so had Rick Santulli live from the Chicago Board of Exchange to get his view of the
commodity, bond, and option markets. In the background a chant was occurring. No one could hear exactly what was being said, so
CNBC asked asked Rick what the chant was. The quote was "I don't want to be political, but the traders are chanting an expletive and
the and the incumbents last name." Why asked CNBC? "Well, the traders are mad about the jobs report, the bond market, the currency
market, the stock market, and the oil market and the incumbents job performance. Again, I don't want to be political." Surreal is the
only word to describe it. If a bunch of Republican pro-war millionaires are this mad, the incumbent may be in trouble.

- Elders from Many Trbies are United in Declaring Earth Changes Imminent. Lakota Grandfather´s Directive: Watch the Sun [Aug 14]
http://www.cyberspaceorbit.com/wcouncil.html Nov 2004 is anticipated by some traditional Elders to be a time of change and
happenings. The Elders all say that the way to survive anything that might be coming is through serious daily prayer and connected
spirituality rather than mundane chores like stocking up on supplies. And that the more people of an area who are connected and
grounded spirituality, the greater the likelihood of that area being spared some of the upheavals of grandmother earth--the Hopi said,
those areas will raise like mesas. Some of the Elders spoke of the increasing need for sunscreen for everyone. [Note: an Analysis of the
ZetaTalk: Timeline Clues also points to November.]

- Red Cross seeks extra help for Nepal as flood toll hits 185 [Aug 6] The Red Cross in Nepal sought
emergency aid Friday after a violent monsoon triggered landslides and floods that have killed at least
185 people. Some 740,000 people in the Himalayan kingdom have been affected by the floods of whom
180,000 need help. Reaching victims has become difficult as 77 bridges have been damaged. India and
Bangladesh have borne the burden of the floods, which are triggered each year by monsoon rains and
melting snow gushing down from the Himalayas to the Ganges delta. [and from another source] Tibet
rain spurs India flood fear [Aug 12] http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/south_asia/3557432.stm Fears of a lake
overflowing in Tibet and flooding an Indian state remain high as it is still raining in the region, Chinese
officials say. Authorities in the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh have already sounded a flood alert. The lake has been created
by a landslide in the Parechu river in Tibet. It is located some 35km from the Indo-China border. Thousands of people have been
evacuated from 50 villages that are likely to submerged if the lake overflows, a senior local official told Associated Press. People living
by the Sutlej are tense after the flood alert, some reports suggest. "I have died a thousand deaths waiting for the floods, why doesn't it
just come and end this suspense," a local hotelier Kirtan Chauhan told The Indian Express newspaper. [Note: like waiting for the pole
shift to begin, dying a thousand deaths from the suspense.]

- Japan nuclear firm shuts plants [Aug 13] The Japanese company running a nuclear power plant where
four workers died on Monday is to gradually close all 11 of its reactors for safety checks. Kansai Electric
Power Co (Kepco) said it would start procedures immediately to take three units off line. The country's
number two power firm, was asked to carry out the work by the government of Fukui prefecture.
Workers died when non-radioactive steam escaped from a ruptured pipe at Kepco's Mihama plant. The
incident was the nation's deadliest nuclear industry accident. [and from another source] Earthquake-hit
dams threaten Chinese villagers [Aug 13] http://www.abc.net.au/news/newsitems/200408/s1176407.htm
A deadly earthquake struck south-western China this week and opened cracks in walls of several
reservoir dams that could collapse. The earthquake measured 5.6 on the open-ended Richter scale.
Officials say the tremor damaged 22 rammed-earth reservoirs about 400 kilometres north of the
provincial capital, Kunming. Leaks have already opened in some of the dams.

- A cold front has cut deep into the South [Aug 14]. Almost fall-like
temperatures, 5 to 15 degrees below average behind the front,
linger. Record lows have been set Friday morning across Texas,
Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama. All-time
August record lows were set or tied at Greenville (52), Greenwood
(52) and Vicksburg (58) in Mississippi; Corpus Christi (64) and
Austin (59) in Texas; and Jackson (47) in Tennessee. More record
lows are likely Saturday morning. [and from another source] Earth
Wobble increasing, a sudden Sunset South for Seattle with a Sunrise
North for El Paso. [and from another source] Hahn @
Cunningham is my viewpoint on Ft Bliss this morning, Aug 10, for
sunrise in El Paso Azi 55° at 0633 hrs. Mag N is 9° E of True North.
[and from another source] Note per the map provided that this El
Paso intersection is laid N/S. Per Skymap, the Sun should be rising
at Azi 72°, not 55°, a full 17° too far NORTH. This is confirmed in
Wisconsin, where on Aug 12 at 6:41 AM the Sun was viewed at Azi
60° Alt 20°, where Skymap expects Azi 85° Alt 18°, a full 25° too far
NORTH. [and from another source] Katkam has changed the
camera , now is 1024X768 and the angle is a bit different The
images are better and look the difference of the hight of the Sun in 1
day! The position is the same (the earth rotates at about the same speed) , but the axis is moving. [and from another source] For
precisely the same time of day, the Sun on the left for Aug 9 is LOWER on the horizon and much further SOUTH. This can be seen in the
reflection on the water, the center Sun for Aug 8 superimposed on the photo for comparison purposes. A movement south at this rate
would put the Sun at the S Pole within a month, not a normal rate. In the Earth wobble, this part of the globe is wobbling back into the
Winter position, the N Pole moving away from the Sun. That the Earth wobble is increasing, rapidly, can be graphically seen here.
[Note: Earth Wobble increasing.]
