- Sep 15 NOON in Virginia : 5 minutes LATE
- The Sun's shadow reached my baseline at 1:05PM on 9/15 in VA - 5 minutes LATE. I watched the Sun's shadow remain at true noon
for 4 minutes, from 12:43 - 12:47PM. It certainly appears that something, other than the season change, is taking place. A huge
cloud area was gray while around the Sun, then returned to white as it blew away. Today, I can see the winged globe with just
sunglasses.
