Venus is not visible at 10:00 PM from this location on this date. Thus, one of two possibities exist. This man be a moon swirl, still reflecting the light of the Sun. Or this is the corpus, somewhat south of the Ecliptic and thus viewed best from the southern hemisphere, especially during their summer. Coming between the Earth and Sun and thus potentially visible just after sunset from the southern hemisphere. Note per the IAU observations of C/2001 Q4, comet NEAT, that this is the most likely explanation.
