Suspicions

Unfortunatly I don´t have any website to put my comparisons of two different PX pictures on, but if you compare the new North Carolina picture (with brightness lowered and contrast increased), and the old march 31st Germany picture (rotated counter-clockwise by about 15 degrees), they look almost exactly the same. The first thing I noticed was that they both seem to have darkness at the southern polar caps (icecap/continent?). The second similar thing I noticed was that there´s what looks to be an object slightly up and to the right of both pictures (could be a star though, although the distance is different in the photos). They look almost exactly the same, although I´m no astronomer. I hope you all try this yourselves in photoshop/etc and see the same things I´m seeing. It seriously freaks me out that these two pictures are so similar. If there´s anyone I can email the JPG comparison to, I´ll do it. The two pictures are from the zetatalk site.

I suspect if you took images of the Earth, where the land masses are darker than the oceans, rotated them, you’d find dark spots that more or less lined up. Especially if the land masses on the planet are similar in size and rounded, unlike our Earth which has recognizable and distinct land masses. Also, in the images, I don’t find the dark spots exactly lining up!

If you look at the NorthCarolina pic header, you will see that the photo was taken by a HP Photosmart 315 camera on 2003:03:08 01:18:45, which conflicts with Kid A's claim that he took it at a later date. What do you think?

This was noted on the Hawaii pics also, that a time of 00:16 on date 03:31 showed, and this was too late for such a pic in Hawaii. However, the third photo submitted by Chris stated he was returning to Canada from Hawaii, so his camera was set to Canada time! I have an answering machine at home that is thoroughly confused about date and time, between relocation and dead batteries, and I’ve never bothered to set it.
